Results: Effective interaction and dialogue on ways to increase the capacity to respond to the sustainability challenges of the construction industry and in preparing the training offer adapted to the needs of learners and VET representatives.
WP3 – Deployment of the Sustainable Building Materials Knowledge Package
Content
It consists in the development and testing of the VET training program, i.e. the BUILDING MATTERS training program, which will be carried out in a digital environment, supporting the professional development of VET trainers through learning opportunities and training offers that meet sustainable and future objectives. Based on the research results and tools developed in WP2, the training program will be tailored to the needs of the target group in the construction industry. This program will have maximum transferability of knowledge, being provided in digital format and being functional in all partner languages, so as to ensure its effective integration by VET providers and even construction companies that can use it as a decision-making tool sustainable in construction projects.
3.1 Development of the Sustainable Building Materials Curricula
Objectives
- Skills development according to the New Bauhaus initiative which calls for the retraining and promotion of VET in affected sectors, such as construction, for the efficient use of new relevant materials and tools
- Developing sustainable and ecological competences of VET learners and supporting the planned approach of participating organizations on environmental sustainability in line with NEW BAUHAUS initiatives
Results: Development of the portfolio of documents with learning and assessment materials based on the results of WP2 and according to the pedagogical methodology
